The 1st South East Asian Conference on Science, Technology and Innovation Policy and Management
The 1st South East Asian Conference on Science, Technology and Innovation Policy and Management (SEAC-STIPM 2018) is to be held in Jakarta, Indonesia on November 1, 2018. For emerging economies that seek to escape from the middle income trap, incorporating science and technology-based innovations into their economic development is a necessity. Hence, this conference invite academics and researchers to submit their papers to address the issues related to the incorporation of science, technology and innovation in economic development at the policy and strategic management levels. The purposes of SEAC-STIPM 2018 aims to build a regional platform that allows experts of science and technology studies, science and technology policy and management, to share and discuss their latest researches in the area related to the theme of this conference. Prospective authors are welcome to submit their full papers. All submissions to the conference will go through blind review processes by at least two independent peers.
Only full papers are invited to submit. English is the official language of the conference. All submissions to the conference will be reviewed by at least two independent peers. Subthemes are listed below, but any other topic related to the main theme is welcome.

1. You are kindly expected to check the Conference Schedule and be clear about the time and room of the session that you are presenting.
2. Please be present in your designated room at least 10 minutes before your session.
3. The time for each presentation is approximately 15 minutes and will have another 5 minutes for questions and answers.
4. 4. Each meeting rooms is equipped with a projector and a laptop (Windows operating system with MS PowerPoint & Adobe Acrobat Reader). Make sure that your files are compatible with PowerPoint or PDF format. Use a USB flash drive to transfer your files to the laptop. You should copy your files to the laptop before your sessions.
